Saul Gruber

Saul Gruber was the founding partner of The Gruber Firm in New Jersey and practiced for over 30 years in civil litigation with his primary focus on nursing home neglect and abuse. Saul is a nationally recognized lawyer and lecturer and has conducted seminars across the country on trial tactics, legal technology, depositions, and nursing home neglect cases. He is a Past Chair of the American Association for Justice’s prestigious Nursing Home Litigation Group as well as their Small Firm Section. During his time as a trial lawyer, he spent years on the Board of Governors and Executive Committee of the New Jersey Association for Justice and as a Political Action Committee Trustee for both NJAJ and AAJ.

In 2018, Saul transitioned from lawyer to trial consultant and founded Gruber Trial Consulting, a national Consulting Company helping lawyers create trial themes, conduct focus groups and surveys, and assist with nursing home neglect cases. Since this transition, he is now a member of the American Society of Trial Consultants and still remains a member of the AAJ PAC and the Presidents Club of AAJ. Saul’s Trial Tips and Nursing Home Minutes have been applauded by the legal community and the new Podcast, “The Jury Thinks What?” will continue his rise as a National Trial Consultant.
