The first episode of the “The Jury Thinks What?” podcast has host Saul Gruber interviewing nationally renowned trial attorney Tad Thomas, with offices in Kentucky, Ohio, Illinois, and now Missouri, speaking about his approaches towards running a jaw office and preparing for trials in multiple jurisdictions.

Tad will discuss his ideas of a rapid or quick trial and how important (and sometimes difficult) it is to be deliberate and specific at trial. Tad will also share some thoughts of Voir Dire and the importance of obtaining the jury panel information prior to trial if possible. Tad and Saul will discuss the use of limited surveys in specific areas regarding buzz words and issues to help frame themes and fill evidence gaps during upcoming trials. Saul Gruber will also add in a nursing home litigation tip, as well as a song quote which may help you advance your story to the jury.
