For years, our co-founder, Ryan Raplee, has been working with lawyers developing their marketing and online strategies, but it always seemed like his clients relied on him for much more.  Over time he began to understand that there is a common thread among lawyers who grow and develop their own firms.  Several years ago, he shared a vision about a site that would provide a central repository for the countless resources and ideas available to lawyers.  Guided by that vision, we realized those resources, while important, are only as good as the minds behind them.

What is Lawyer Minds?  The place any lawyer can turn to for information and resources about every aspect of the legal life — whether it’s new technology for your practice or use in the courtrooms, or just a personal lift that you need to get you through the struggles we all face.

More importantly, Lawyer Minds is you.  Lawyer Minds is a community built with the ideas shared by its interviewees, practicing lawyers who have faced the challenges you face and can impart countless lessons for us all to learn from.  In the future, we plan to share articles and podcast series that take those lessons to the next level — from learning to implementation.

Our hope with this online community is to bridge the gap between the experienced and the inexperienced, the fearless and the fearful, and the hopeless and the hopeful. Whether you have dipped your toe in a jury trial and felt the pain of a bad verdict or you are working to build your practice and feel that you just can’t keep up, this is the place for you.

Our goal with this community to broadcast this message loud and clear: We’ve all been there.  We can all get through it together.  This too shall pass.
