Meet Tim Phillips

Tim Phillips has been practicing in the areas of civil rights litigation and criminal defense for more than a decade. He has handled more than a dozen jury trials. After passing the California bar exam in 2008, he returned home to the Twin Cities in 2012. He is licensed to practice law in both Minnesota and California.
