Interview With Isabella Demougeot

Isabella Demougeot is a senior litigation associate. She represents a broad range of clients across a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including business disputes, partnership dissolutions, and high-profile litigation.

Isabella believes that individuals and businesses dealing with business problems can feel overwhelmed and are looking for honest and clear guidance. She believes that when clients are informed and understand the litigation process and the various options that apply to their individual matters, the process is less stressful and easier to manage.

Leveraging her significant litigation experience, Isabella excels at advocating on behalf of her clients at all times throughout the dispute process. Isabella has counseled clients, argued motions and trials, managed document discovery, participated in deposition, prepared and attended motions hearings, and participated in trial preparations for multi-million-dollar litigation cases.

Isabella brings her experience to her clients to provide better outcomes than they might have otherwise achieved. She stays informed on the ever-changing litigation landscape, is connected with the Courts and judicial community, and appraised of recent pertinent Court decisions in order to best advise her clients. Isabella enjoys engaging with clients and helping them achieve their goals in a way that serves their best interests.

Isabella is a member of the Executive Board of the platinum award-winning William B. Bryant American Inn of Court in Washington D.C. Isabella has previously served as the Vice-Chair of the ABA’s Young Lawyers’ Litigation Committee and on the Board of Directors of Elizabeth Seton High School.

Isabella earned her A.B. from Vassar College and her law degree from William and Mary School of Law. Isabella is also fluent in French.
